Impact of Early Enteral Nutrition Support Combined with Detailed Nursing on the Nutritional Status and Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Sepsis
Objective To explore the application effect of early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing in patients with sepsis.Methods 78 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received detailed nursing,while the observation group received early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing.The nutritional status,gastrointestinal function and APACHE Ⅱ score were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of ALB,PA and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the APACHE Ⅱ score was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,and defecation time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early enteral nutrition support combined with detailed nursing can improve the nutritional status and gastrointestinal function of sepsis patients.
