摘要
目的 探讨老年脑小血管病(CSVD)患者的认知功能损害状况及相关影响因素.方法 回顾性分析72例老年CSVD患者的临床资料,统计认知功能损害状况,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析探讨老年CSVD患者发生认知功能损害的危险因素.结果 72例老年CSVD患者中,44例存在认知功能损害.单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥75岁、合并高血脂症、合并高血压及hs-CRP水平高均为老年CSVD患者认知功能损害的危险因素(OR＞1,P＜0.05).结论 老年CSVD患者存在一定的认知功能损害,认知功能损害的发生与高龄、合并高血脂症、合并高血压、hs-CRP水平高关系密切.
Abstract
Objective To explore the cognitive impairment status of elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and its related influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 72 elderly patients with CSVD were retrospectively analyzed,and the status of cognitive impairment was counted.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of cognitive impairment in elderly patients with CSVD.Results Of the 72 elderly patients with CSVD,44 cases had cognitive impairment.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥75 years old,complication of hyperlipidemia,complication of hypertension and high hs-CRP level were risk factors for cognitive impairment in elderly patients with CSVD(OR＞1,P＜0.05).Conclusions Elderly CSVD patients have certain cognitive impairment,and the occurrence of cognitive impairment is closely related to advanced age,complication of hyperlipidemia,complication of hypertension and high hs-CRP level.
