Analysis on Cognitive Impairment Status of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Small Vessel Disease and Its Influencing Factors
Objective To explore the cognitive impairment status of elderly patients with cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)and its related influencing factors. Methods The clinical data of 72 elderly patients with CSVD were retrospectively analyzed, and the status of cognitive impairment was counted.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of cognitive impairment in elderly patients with CSVD.Results Of the 72 elderly patients with CSVD,44 cases had cognitive impairment.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥75 years old, complication of hyperlipidemia, complication of hypertension and high hs-CRP level were risk factors for cognitive impairment in elderly patients with CSVD(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly CSVD patients have certain cognitive impairment, and the occurrence of cognitive impairment is closely related to advanced age, complication of hyperlipidemia, complication of hypertension and high hs-CRP level.
