Analysis on the Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid Levels and Pregnancy Outcomes of Pregnant Women with Hypothyroidism in Late Pregnancy
Objective To analyze the blood glucose and blood lipid levels and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with hypothyroidism in late pregnancy. Methods 90 pregnant women with hypothyroidism in late pregnancy were selected as the study group, and 90 healthy pregnant women in late pregnancy were selected as the reference group. The thyroid function, blood glucose, blood lipid and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of FT3 and FT4 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the levels of TSH and TPO-Ab were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2hPG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 20.00%,higher than 7.78%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hypothyroidism in late pregnancy can affect the metabolism of blood glucose and blood lipids of pregnant women and increase the occurrence risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
