妊娠晚期甲状腺功能减退孕妇血糖、血脂水平及妊娠结局分析

摘要
目的 分析妊娠晚期甲状腺功能减退(甲减)孕妇的血糖、血脂水平及妊娠结局.方法 选取90例妊娠晚期甲减孕妇作为研究组,90例健康妊娠晚期孕妇作为参照组,比较两组的甲状腺功能、血糖、血脂以及不良妊娠结局.结果 研究组的FT3、FT4水平均低于参照组,TSH、TPO-Ab水平均高于参照组(P＜0.05).研究组的FBG、2hPG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均高于参照组,HDL-C水平低于参照组(P＜0.05).研究组的不良妊娠结局总发生率为20.00％,高于参照组的7.78％(P＜0.05).结论 妊娠晚期甲减会影响孕妇的血糖、血脂代谢,增加不良妊娠结局发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the blood glucose and blood lipid levels and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with hypothyroidism in late pregnancy.Methods 90 pregnant women with hypothyroidism in late pregnancy were selected as the study group,and 90 healthy pregnant women in late pregnancy were selected as the reference group.The thyroid function,blood glucose,blood lipid and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FT3 and FT4 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of TSH and TPO-Ab were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).The levels of FBG,2hPG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 20.00％,higher than 7.78％in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Hypothyroidism in late pregnancy can affect the metabolism of blood glucose and blood lipids of pregnant women and increase the occurrence risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
