Anesthesia Application of Multi-Nerve Block Under B-Ultrasound in Surgery Below the Knee
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of multi-nerve block under B-ultrasound in surgery below the knee. Methods A total of 60 patients with unilateral lower limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received lumbar epidural anesthesia, while the observation group received combined block of the femoral nerve, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and sciatic nerve under B-ultrasound.The nerve blockade, hemodynamics, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The onset and duration of sensory and motor nerve block in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the MAP and HR during T1 to T3 were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-nerve block under B-ultrasound can improve the anesthesia effect of surgery below the knee, reduce hemodynamic fluctuation, and has high safety.
