Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy in the Treatment of Elderly Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused by Endometrial Polyps
Objective To explore the effect and safety of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps in the elderly. Methods 100 elderly patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received traditional curettage, and the observation group received hysteroscopic electrotomy. The efficacy, inflammatory factor levels and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and IFN-γ of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of elderly patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps has significant effect and high safety, which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.
