摘要

目的 探讨冷沉淀制备仪虹吸法制备冷沉淀凝血因子的效果.方法 选取本血站 2021年 11月至 2023年 12月收集的96 份合格血液,随机分成两组,各 48份.对照组采用离心法制备,观察组采用冷沉淀制备仪虹吸法制备.对比两组的制备效果.结果 观察组的FⅧ、FIB含量均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 冷沉淀制备仪虹吸法的制备过程可做到全程自动化控制,能够有效减少人为因素的干扰,从而最大程度地提高冷沉淀凝血因子的制备质量,提高输血质量,由此保障患者取得良好的预后.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument in the preparation of cold precipitation coagulation factor.Methods A total of 96 qualified blood samples collected from November 2021 to December 2023 in our blood station were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 samples in each group.The control group was prepared by centrifugation method,and the observation group was prepared by siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument.The preparation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The contents of FⅧand FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The preparation process of siphon method with cold precipitation preparation instrument can be automatically controlled in the whole process,which can effectively reduce the interference of human factors,so as to maximize the preparation quality of cold precipitation coagulation factor and improve the quality of blood transfusion,so as to ensure that patients achieve good prognosis.
