Impact of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Combined with Retrograde Intrarenal Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Surgery on Stone Clearance Rate and Renal Function of Patients with Complex Renal Calculi
Objective To explore the impact of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)combined with retrograde intrarenal holmium laser lithotripsy surgery(RIRS)on stone clearance rate and renal function of patients with complex renal calculi. Methods 84 patients with complex renal calculi were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with PCNL,and the observation group was treated with PCNL combined with RIRS.The stone clearance rate and renal function were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of Cr,NGAL and BUN were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PCNL combined with RIRS in the treatment of patients with complex renal calculi has significant effect, which can obviously improve the stone clearance rate, and reduce the damage to renal function of patients.
