无托槽隐形矫治器对错颌畸形患者牙周指数及咀嚼功能的影响

摘要
目的 分析无托槽隐形矫治器对错颌畸形患者牙周指数及咀嚼功能的影响.方法 选取2020 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月我院收治的 80 例错颌畸形患者,随机分为两组.对照组采用传统固定矫治器治疗,观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治器治疗.比较两组的牙周指数、咀嚼功能以及并发症.结果 矫治 6 个月后,观察组的GI、SBI、SPD及PLI均明显低于对照组,咀嚼功能水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的并发症总发生率为 2.50%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05).结论 与传统固定矫治器治疗相比,无托槽隐形矫治器治疗对错颌畸形患者牙周指数的影响更小,并且能更显著地提高患者的咀嚼功能,减少并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of bracketless invisible appliance on periodontal index and masticatory function of patients with malocclusion.Methods 80 patients with malocclusion admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional fixed appliance,and the observation group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance.The periodontal index,masticatory function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the GI,SBI,SPD and PLI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the masticatory function level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional fixed appliance treatment,bracketless invisible appliance treatment has less impact on periodontal index of patients with malocclusion,and can more significantly improve the masticatory function of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
