Clinical Value of Echocardiography Combined with Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 110 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were examined by echocardiography and electrocardiogram. The results of coronary angiography were used as the"gold standard"for diagnosis, and the diagnostic efficacy and consistency of different examination methods were compared. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and negative predictive value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram were higher than those of echocardiography and electrocardiogram(P<0.05).The Kappa value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 0.835,with excellent consistency. Conclusions The value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is good.Clinically, echocardiography and electrocardiogram can be given priority based on the patients'signs and clinical symptoms.
