Impact of Thoracoscopic-Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Esophageal Cancer on Pulmonary Ventilation Function,In-flammatory Response and Immune Function of Patients with Esophageal Cancer
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer Methods 82 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent open radical resection of esophageal cancer, and the observation group underwent thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer. The pulmonary ventilation function, inflammatory response and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results At the 7th day after surgery,VC,FEV1,PEF and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and IL-6 and CRP levels and CD8+were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer can relieve the inflammatory response, and improve pulmonary ventilation function and immune function of patients with esophageal cancer.
