摘要

目的 分析纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗儿童大叶性肺炎的临床效果.方法 80 例大叶性肺炎患儿根据治疗方法的不同分为两组各 40 例.参照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗.比较两组的症状消退时间、炎性因子水平、肺功能.结果 研究组的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平均低于参照组,VC、MVV、FEV1 均高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗能够明显促进大叶性肺炎患儿的症状消退,减轻炎性反应,改善肺功能.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia.Methods 80 children with lobar pneumonia were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional drugs,and the study group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy on the basis of the reference group.The symptom regression time,inflammatory factor levels,and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,cough disappearance time and lung rale disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and VC,MVV and FEV1 were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy can obviously promote the remission of symptoms in children with lobar pneumonia,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve lung function.
