摘要
目的 分析肺部超声(LUS)评分对肺炎患儿病情严重程度的评估价值.方法 60 例肺炎患儿根据病情严重程度分为重症组和轻症组,比较两组的一般资料和LUS评分,分析LUS评分对肺炎患儿病情严重程度的评估价值.结果 重症组的LUS评分显著高于轻症组(P<0.05).ROC曲线显示,LUS评分评估肺炎患儿病情严重程度的AUC为 0.849,具有中等的评估价值.结论 LUS评分越高,肺炎患儿病情越严重,LUS评分可作为临床评估肺炎患儿病情严重程度的有效指标.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of lung ultrasound(LUS)score in evaluating the disease severity of pneumonia in children.Methods According to the severity of the disease,60 children with pneumonia were divided into the severe group and the mild group.The general data and LUS scores of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation value of LUS score on the disease severity of pneumonia in children was analyzed.Results The LUS score of the severe group was significantly higher than that of the mild group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of LUS score in evaluating the disease severity of pneumonia in children was 0.849,which had moderate evaluation value.Conclusions The higher the LUS score,the more serious the disease condition of children with pneumonia.LUS score can be used as an effective index to evaluate the disease severity of children with pneumonia.
