Clinical Effect of Levonorgestrel-Releasing Intrauterine System Combined with Laparoscopic Lesion Resection in the Treat-ment of Patients with Adenomyosis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)combined with laparoscopic lesion resection in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis(AM).Methods 90 patients with AM were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with laparoscopic lesion resection, and the observation group was treated with LNG-IUS combined with laparoscopic lesion resection. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum E2,FSH and LH,the PBAC score and the VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the uterine volume was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions LNG-IUS combined with laparoscopic lesion resection can significantly improve the ovarian function of AM patients, reduce uterine volume, reduce menstrual volume and relieve dysmenorrhea symptom.
