Clinical Study on Tripterygium Glycosides Tablet Combined with Narrow-Band UVB in the Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods 70 patients with plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with NB-UVB,and the combined group was treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets combined with NB-UVB.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 85.71%,significantly higher than 62.86%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,TARC and IL-17 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has significant effect and high safety,which can obviously relieve the inflammatory response of patients.
