Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction for Refractory Heart Failure
Objective To explore the value of combined detection of serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the diagnosis of refractory heart failure. Methods According to NYHA cardiac function classification,80 patients with refractory heart failure were divided into gradeⅢgroup and gradeⅣgroup;40 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and LVEF of the three groups were compared, and the ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and LVEF for refractory heart failure. Results The levels of serum PⅢNP in gradeⅣgroup, gradeⅢgroup and control group decreased in turn, and the levels of serum TIMP-1 and LVEF increased in turn, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of combined detection of serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and LVEF in the diagnosis of refractory heart failure was 0.892,higher than that of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum PⅢNP,TIMP-1 and LVEF are of great value in evaluating cardiac function of patients with refractory heart failure, and the combined detection of the three indicators can improve the diagnostic efficacy of refractory heart failure.
