Objective To explore the clinical effect of microecological agent combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods 80 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide and ipratropium bromide solution, and the observation group was treated with clostridium butyricum powder on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the disappearance time of cough, shortness of breath, roaring sounds and wheezing were shorter than those of the control group, and the levels of Th17/Tr and IL-17 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microecological agent combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and regulate intestinal immune balance.
