Impact of Individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy Combined with Aspart Insulin Treatment on Glucose-Lipid Metabolism Indicators and Maternal-Infant Outcomes of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with aspart insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 80 patients with GDM were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was treated with aspart insulin, while the study group received individualized medical nutrition therapy on the basis of the reference group. The blood glucose, blood lipid, and maternal-infant outcomes were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LDL,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with aspart insulin in the treatment of GDM can effectively reduce patients'glucose and lipid metabolism levels and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
