Clinical Study on Bushen Tiaojing Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of PCOS Infertility
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaojing decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods 80 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the combined group was treated with Bushen Tiaojing decoction combined with western medicine.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 72.50%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and T in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the level of E2 was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate in the combined group was 70.00%,significantly higher than 45.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bushen Tiaojing decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with PCOS infertility can significantly improve their sex hormone levels and improve pregnancy rate.
