Therapeutic Effect of Human Immunoglobulin Combined with Lung Protective Ventilation on Patients with Severe Pneumo-nia Complicated with Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the effect of human immunoglobulin combined with lung protective ventilation in the treatment of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lung protective ventilation, and the observation group was treated with human immunoglobulin combined with lung protective ventilation. The respiratory related indicators, body inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the values of PaO2,respiratory rate and heart rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and PaCO2 value and the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Human immunoglobulin combined with lung protective ventilation in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure can effectively improve their respiratory status and relieve their inflammatory response, with high safety.
