Therapeutic Effect of Ulinastatin Combined with Octreotide on Severe Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 60 patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of routine treatment, the reference group was treated with octreotide, and the combined group was treated with ulinastatin combined with octreotide. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of SAP can obviously relieve the body inflammatory response of patients, with exact therapeutic effect and high safety.
