Impact of Ezetimibe Combined with Ozagrel Sodium on Neurological Function and Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with Progressive Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke(PIS).Methods 116 patients with PIS were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was treated with ozagrel sodium, and the combined group was treated with ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium. The neurological function, vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 14 days of treatment, the NIHSS score and serum ET-1 level of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group, and the serum eNOS and NO levels were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ezetimibe combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of PIS can significantly reduce the damage of vascular endothelial function and improve the neurological function of patients, with high safety.
