Clinical Effect of Qingyi Decoction Combined with Octreotide in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 60 patients with AP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with octreotide,and the combined group was treated with Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingyi decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of AP has significant clinical effect,which can relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients and reduce the body inflammatory response of patients.
