Application Effect of Indobufen Combined with Ticagrelor in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After PCI
Objective To explore the application effect of indobufen combined with ticagrelor in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)surgery. Methods 72 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI surgery were divided into two groups according to different postoperative medications. After PCI surgery, the reference group was treated with ticagrelor+aspirin, and the study group was treated with indobufen+ticagrelor. The platelet activity, coagulation function and incidence of MACE were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of medication, the levels of MPAR and PRU in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,PT and APTT were shorter than those in the reference group, and TT was longer than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the study group was 1.11%,lower than 30.56%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Indobufen combined with ticagrelor can obviously improve platelet activity and coagulation function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery, and reduce the occurrence risk of MACE.
