Impact of Terbutaline Sulfate Combined with Budesonide on Inflammatory Factor Levels and Pulmonary Function of Chil-dren with Bronchopneumonia
Objective To observe the effect of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods 70 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given budesonide on the basis of routine therapy, and the combined treatment group was treated with terbutaline sulfate on the basis of the control group. The inflammatory factors, pulmonary function and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of serum PCT and IL-6 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and FEV1,FVC and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchopneumonia can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and improve pulmonary function of children.
