血必净、奥曲肽及乌司他丁联合治疗对急性重症胰腺炎患者免疫功能及炎性反应的影响

摘要
目的 探讨血必净、奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床效果.方法 78 例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分为两组.参照组采用奥曲肽+乌司他丁治疗,研究组采用血必净+奥曲肽+乌司他丁治疗.比较两组的免疫功能、炎性反应及并发症.结果 治疗2 周后,研究组的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于参照组,CD8+以及血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于参照组,并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 血必净、奥曲肽以及乌司他丁联合治疗可显著调节急性重症胰腺炎患者的细胞免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,降低并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing,octreotide combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 78 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with octreotide+ulinastatin,and the study group was treated with Xuebijing+octreotide+ulinastatin.The immune function,inflammatory response and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the levels of CD8+and serum IL-6,TNF-α and CRP were lower than those in the reference group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of Xuebijing,octreotide and ulinastatin can obviously regulate the cellular immune function of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.
