Application Effect of Low-Dose Midazolam Combined with Propofol and Remifentanil General Anesthesia in Patients Un-dergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil general anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods. The reference group received general anesthesia with propofol and remifentanil, and the study group received general anesthesia with low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil. The anesthesia related indicators, hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia onset time, respiratory recovery time and postoperative complete recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the reference group, and the HR and MAP levels at T1 and T2 were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Low-dose midazolam combined with propofol and remifentanil general anesthesia applied in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery has significant effect, which is conducive to maintaining the hemodynamic stability of patients during surgery and has high safety.
