Comparison on the Effects of Mirena and Progesterone Capsule in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding in Peri-menopausal Period
Objective To compare the clinical effects of Mirena and progesterone capsule in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods 100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group was treated with progesterone capsules, and the observation group was treated with Mirena. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone levels, menstrual status and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,higher than 74.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum E2,LH and FSH,and the PBAC score and endometrial thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, and the duration of menstruation was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with progesterone capsule,Mirena can achieve better effect in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period, more effectively regulate patients'sex hormone levels, and improve patients'menstrual status and endometrial thickness.
