Impact of Bio-Psycho-Social Integrated Nursing on Negative Emotion,Self-Management Ability and Blood Pressure Level of Patients with Refractory Hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of bio-psycho-social integrated nursing applied in patients with refractory hypertension.Methods 120 patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given bio-psycho-social integrated nursing on the basis of the reference group.The negative emotion,self-management ability and blood pressure level were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores,and the levels of SBP and DBP of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the CDSMS score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bio-psycho-social integrated nursing can obviously alleviate the negative emotions of patients with refractory hypertension,improve their self-management ability and improve their blood pressure level.
