Impact of Staged Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Compliance and Limb Function Recovery of Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia
Objective To explore the impact of staged rehabilitation nursing intervention on rehabilitation compliance and limb function recovery of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods. The reference group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the study group received staged rehabilitation nursing intervention. The rehabilitation compliance and limb function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the upper limb score, lower limb score and total score of FMA after intervention were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Staged rehabilitation nursing intervention applied in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia has significant effect, which can obviously improve their rehabilitation compliance and restore their limb function.
