Impact of Timeliness Incentive Combined with Cognitive Behavior Management on Patients with Hemiplegia After Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the impact of timeliness incentive combined with cognitive behavior management on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given timeliness incentive combined with cognitive behavior management.The coping style and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the negative coping score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive coping score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Timeliness incentive combined with cognitive behavior management applied in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction has significant effect,which can improve their coping style and enhance their compliance behavior.
