Effect of Dual-Mode Health Education Combined with Motivation Interview on Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To explore the effect of dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview applied in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview.The disease uncertainty,emotional state and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the MUIS-A score,SAS score and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ESCA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dual-mode health education combined with motivation interview can reduce the disease uncertainty of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,and improve their emotional state and self-care ability.
