Impact of Mindfulness Decompression Training with Partner Participation Combined with Individualized Nursing on Preg-nant Women with Threatened Abortion
Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness decompression training with partner participation combined with individualized nursing on the social support and psychological state of pregnant women with threatened abortion.Methods A total of 84 pregnant women with threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received individualized nursing,and the observation group received mindfulness decompression training with partner participation combined with individualized nursing.The social support,psychological stress and success rate of fetal preservation were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SSRS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the PSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the success rate of fetal preservation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness decompression training with partner participation combined with individualized nursing can reduce the psychological stress of pregnant women with threatened abortion,and improve their social support level and the success rate of fetal preservation.
