Intervention Effect of Systematic Health Education Combined with Mindfulness Decompression Therapy on COPD Patients
Objective To explore the intervention effect of systematic health education combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 76 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received systematic health education, and the observation group received mindfulness decompression therapy intervention on the basis of the control group. The self-efficacy,psychological resilience level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the GSES and CD-RISC scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and SGRQ scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic health education combined with mindfulness decom-pression therapy intervention can effectively improve the self-efficacy,psychological resilience level and quality of life of COPD patients.
