摘要
目的 探讨正念癌症康复训练结合激励式心理疏导对乳腺癌根治术患者负性情绪及希望水平的影响.方法 70 例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为两组.对照组采用激励式心理疏导干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用正念癌症康复训练干预.比较两组的负性情绪、希望水平.结果 干预后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,HHI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 正念癌症康复训练结合激励式心理疏导可有效缓解乳腺癌根治术患者的负性情绪,提升患者的希望水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training combined with incentive psychological counseling on negative emotion and hope level of patients with radical mastectomy.Methods 70 patients with radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received incentive psychological counseling intervention,and the observation group received mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions and hope levels of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the HHI score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness-based cancer rehabilitation training combined with incentive psychological counseling can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of patients with radical mastectomy and improve the hope level of patients.
