基于微信的延续性护理对慢性肾病5期肾性贫血患者自护能力、心理状态及贫血指标的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于微信的延续性护理对慢性肾病 5 期肾性贫血患者的影响.方法 70 例慢性肾病 5 期肾性贫血患者随机分为两组.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于微信的延续性护理.比较两组的自护能力、心理状态以及贫血指标.结果 护理 3 个月后,观察组的ESCA评分以及Hb、SF水平均高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于微信的延续性护理可显著提升慢性肾病 5 期肾性贫血患者的自护能力,改善其心理状态及贫血指标.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of WeChat-based continuous nursing on patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease.Methods 70 patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received WeChat-based continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability,psychological state and anemia indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of nursing,the ESCA score and the levels of Hb and SF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat-based continuous nursing can obviously improve the self-care ability of patients with renal anemia of stage 5 chronic kidney disease,and improve their psychological state and anemia indicators.
