Impact of Nursing Intervention Based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Model on the Treatment Compliance and Self-Management Ability of Patients with Psoriasis
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice model in patients with psoriasis.Methods A total of 92 patients with psoriasis were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given nursing intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice model.The treatment compliance and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of healthy diet,timely medication,skin care,regular follow-up,and the scores of self-care skills,health knowledge level,self-care concept and self-responsibility in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice model can obviously improve the treatment compliance and self-management ability of patients with psoriasis.
