LEARNS模式在血液透析患者健康教育中的应用

目的 探讨LEARNS模式的健康教育用于血液透析患者的价值.方法 90 例血液透析患者随机分为对照组(常规健康教育)和观察组(LEARNS模式的健康教育),比较两组的肾功能、自我效能和生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组的BUN、Scr水平均低于对照组,CDSES各维度评分、QOL各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 LEARNS模式的健康教育可改善血液透析患者的肾功能,提高其自我效能和生活质量.
Application of LEARNS Model in Health Education of Patients with Hemodialysis
Objective To explore the value of health education based on the LEARNS model applied in patients with hemodialysis.Methods 90 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into the control group(conventional health education)and the observation group(health education based on the LEARNS model).The renal function,self-efficacy,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of CDSES and QOL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on the LEARNS model can improve the renal function of hemodialysis patients and improve their self-efficacy and quality of life.
