Application Effect of Goal-Oriented Targeted Nursing in ICU Patients with Mechanical Ventilation
Objective To explore the application effect of goal-oriented targeted nursing in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods 100 ICU patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received goal-oriented targeted nursing. The sputum excretion effect, oral condition and incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the daily sputum volume, sputum suction times and sputum suction time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the Beek score and the incidence of VAP were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Goal-oriented targeted nursing can improve the sputum excretion effect of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation, promote the improvement of their oral condition, and effectively reduce the occurrence of VAP.
