Application Effect of Pain Care in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis and Its Impact on Sleep Quality
Objective To explore the application effect of pain care in patients with cervical spondylosis and its impact on sleep quality.Methods 92 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain care on the basis of routine nursing.The pain degree,severity of the disease and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the NRS scores at rest and during activity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the scores of symptoms,physical signs,and work and life abilities of the CASCS scale were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pain care applied in patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively relieve their pain degree and severity of the disease,and obviously improve their sleep quality.
