Analysis on the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Low Blood Pressure in Elderly Patients with Refractory Heart Failure
Objective To explore the risk factors for the occurrence of low blood pressure(LBP)in elderly patients with refractory heart failure(RHF).Methods According to the occurrence of LBP,90 elderly patients with RHF admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.The general data of the two groups were compared.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors for the occurrence of LBP in elderly patients with RHF.Results The incidence of LBP was 21.11%(19/90)in 90 elderly patients with RHF.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that rapid heart rate,high NT-proBNP level and low HDL-C level were risk factors for the occurrence of LBP in elderly patients with RHF(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence risk of LBP in elderly patients with RHF is high.The occurrence of LBP is closely related to rapid heart rate,high NT-proBNP level and low HDL-C level.
