Analysis on the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Movement Disorders After Total Knee Arthroplasty in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective To analyze the related risk factors for the occurrence of movement disorders after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 125 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty were divided into two groups based on whether they experienced movement disorders after surgery.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors for the occurrence of movement disorders after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results The proportions of age>65 years old, postoperative VAS score≥6 points, failure to undergo soft tissue balance surgery, and lack of timely rehabilitation training after surgery in the movement disorder group were higher than those in the non-movement disorder group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age>65 years old, postoperative VAS score≥6 points, failure to undergo soft tissue balance surgery, and lack of timely rehabilitation training after surgery were the risk factors for the occurrence of movement disorders after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of movement disorders after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis is closely related to age>65 years old, postoperative VAS score≥6 points, failure to undergo soft tissue balance surgery, and lack of timely rehabilitation training after surgery.
