摘要

采用溶剂浸提法研究了提取温度、提取时间、提取剂浓度和料液比对麻疯树叶中多酚提取效果的影响,并研究了其抗氧化性。结果表明,麻风树叶多酚较佳提取条件为50%乙醇、料液比为1∶10、50℃水浴、提取时间为2h,多酚含量可达到15.37%。抗氧化性实验结果表明,麻疯树叶多酚对DPPH自由基清除率可达到60.72%,其抗氧化性高于抗坏血酸。

Abstract

Polyphenols were extracted from Jatropha curcas leaf by the traditional method of solvent extraction. A study was carried out on the effects of temperature, extraction time, solvent concentration and material-to-solvent ratio on the extraction rate of polyphenols, and their antioxidant activity was investigated. The results showed the optimum extraction conditions as follows: volume fraction of ethanol 50%, material-to-solvent ratio 1:10, 50℃ and extraction time 2h. The extraction rate of polyphenols reached 15.37 %. The results of the experiment on their antioxidant activity showed that the maximum DPPH scavenging rate by polyphenols was up to 60.72%, higher than that by ascorbic acid.
