Determination of Trace Amounts of Selenium in Water by Automatic Wet Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
Trace amounts of selenium and arsenic in water were determined by Automatic wet digestion-atomic Fluorescence spectrometry. The linear correlations of standard curves were good(r≥0.9995).The recovery rate was in the range of 89.0%to 104.2%(n=6),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of this method was(n=6)between 1.3%and 6.4%.The detection limit of selenium and arsenic were 0.048µg/L and 0.051µg/L.This method has the advantages of simple operation and efficient analysis, and were successfully used for the determination of selenium and arsenic in quantities of water.
