摘要

建立了全自动湿法消解-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时对水中痕量硒(Se)和砷(As)元素进行分析测定的方法.标准曲线线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),方法加标回收率(n=6)为 89.0%~104.2%,RSD 值(n=6)为 1.3%~6.4%,方法检出限分别为 0.048µg/L及 0.051µg/L.该法具有操作简单和高效分析的优点,并成功用于大批量水中硒和砷的同时定量分析.

Abstract

Trace amounts of selenium and arsenic in water were determined by Automatic wet digestion-atomic Fluorescence spectrometry.The linear correlations of standard curves were good(r≥0.9995).The recovery rate was in the range of 89.0%to 104.2%(n=6),and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of this method was(n=6)between 1.3%and 6.4%.The detection limit of selenium and arsenic were 0.048µg/L and 0.051µg/L.This method has the advantages of simple operation and efficient analysis,and were successfully used for the determination of selenium and arsenic in quantities of water.
