对比教学法在大型仪器实验教学中的应用——以番茄汁中克百威的检测为例

以番茄汁中克百威的检测为例,将对比教学法应用于高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)和液相色谱-质谱联用仪(HPLC-MS)的实验教学中.在理论教学部分,对比两种大型仪器的原理、构造、应用特点及其在克百威检测中的异同.在上机实操部分,由于番茄汁中的克百威含量低于 HPLC 法的检出限但高于 HPLC-MS 法的检出限,两种仪器得出截然不同的检测结果.对比教学法切实提高了实验教学效率,提升了学生的大型仪器综合运用能力,对高校应用型人才的高质量培养具有重要意义.
Application of Comparative Teaching Method in Experimental Teaching of Large-scale Instruments-Take the Determination of Carbofuran in Tomato Juice as an Example
The comparative teaching method was applied in the experimental teaching of High Performance Liquid Chromotography(HPLC)and High Performance Liquid Chromotography-Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS)by taking the determination of carbofuran in tomato juice as an example.In the theoretical teaching part,the similarities and differences of the discipline,structure,application in the determination of carbofuran between HPLC and HPLC-MS and their determination of carbofuran were compared.In the practical operation part,different results were given by HPLC and HPLC-MS since the carbofuran content in tomato juice was lower than the detection limit of detection of HPLC method but higher than that of HPLC-MS method.The teaching efficiency and the comprehensive application ability of students for large-scale instruments were increased substantially by the comparative teaching method,which is meaningful to the application-oriented talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
