Method Validation of Determination of Mercury in Groundwater by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
According to HJ 168-2020 Technical guideline for the development of environmental monitoring analytical method stangards, the method detection limit, the lower limit of detectionr, precision and accuracy of mercury in the environmental standard HJ 694-2014 Water Quality-Determination of Mercury Arsenic,Selenium,Bismuth and Antimony-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry were verified. In this article,2.5 times and 5 times of the detection limit of the method were selected for seven parallel determinations. The result showed that the detection limit was 0.02μg/L,the lower limit of detection was 0.08μg/L,meeting the standard requirements. The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.41%~4.5%,and the relative standard deviation of accuracy was 0.26%~7.9%,both of which met the quality control requirements of HJ 164-2020(Technical specifications for environmental monitoring of groundwater).
