Determination of Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid Disodium in Milk Drinks by High-performance Liquid Chromatography
The content of disodium Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in milk drinks was studied. The samples were extracted with pure water, complexed with ferric chloride and determined by HPLC.The results indicated that within the range of 0.5 and 50μg/mL Within the range of curve, the correlation coefficient is r2=1,the detection limit is 5mg/kg,and the recovery rate is 86%~102%.This method is simple, feasible, sensitive and precise, and can be used for the determination of disodium Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in milk drinks.
