Research on the Improvement of the Purity of Liquid Carbon Dioxide in Food Additives
With the acceleration of the national carbon reduction and carbon neutrality strategy,gas projects and production equipment for recycling industrial CO2 are becoming more and more extensive.In order to further improve the purity of liquid carbon dioxide of food additives prepared by recycling process,this paper summarized that a company has modified the 20,000 tons/year liquid CO2 purification device for food additives by adding coils at the bottom of the purification tower and rectification tower,and using liquid ammonia instead of steam trace pipe.The product purity,total sulfur,total hydrocarbon,CO and N2 residues were controlled to the expected effect.It provides an effective technical reference for the improvement of high standard food grade carbon dioxide production process and the reduction of operating costs.
