以苹果原醋为主要原料,并添加苹果汁等原料调配而成的苹果醋饮料加工工艺,其生产流程环节涉及用水点多,包括水处理砂滤缸及炭滤缸冲洗,纸板过滤机使用前冲洗,生产线二步法CIP清洗,洗瓶机洗瓶冲洗,巴氏杀菌机杀菌过程补水等.通过对各个生产流程环节的冲洗水进行检测,确认可回收水质符合生产用水水质要求.通过在水处理砂滤缸及炭滤缸、纸板过滤机、生产线 CIP 系统、洗瓶机加装可回收装置将回收水进行收集至回收缸,并供巴氏杀菌过程补水使用.通过该技术改善每年可节约 63870t自来水,实现企业减少水资源的浪费,降低生产成本.
Water-Saving Technology of Apple Vinegar Beverage
With apple vinegar as the main raw material,adding apple juice and other raw materials,the apple cider vinegar beverage processing technology's production process involves many water points,including water treatment sand filter cylinder and carbon filter cylinder flushing,cardboard filter washing before use,production line two-step CIP cleaning,bottle washing machine bottle rinsing,pasteurizer sterilization process water replenishment,etc.Through the testing of the flushing water in each production process,the recoverable water quality can be confirmed if it meets the water quality requirements of production water or not.By setting up recyclable devices in the water treatment sand filter cylinder and carbon filter cylinder,cardboard filter,the production line CIP system and bottle washing machine,the recycled water can be collected to the recycling cylinder and provided to the water replenishment in pasteurizer sterilization process.About 63870t of tap water can be saved by this technology per year,which will help the enterprises reduce the waste of water resources and reduce production costs.
