Research Progress on the Application of Sensory Analysis in the Raw Material End of Modern Tea Drink Industry
Consumers are beginning to pay more attention to the sensory quality of food compared to the already guaranteed food safety.The application of sensory analysis technology is increasingly extensive in the domestic food field,because sensory quality has become an important indicator of consumers'purchase intention.The modern tea drink industry is an emerging industry,with young people as the main consumer group.Products with higher quality and stronger sensory experience will become a new trend for its future development.Artificial sensory inspection and intelligent sensory inspection are two powerful tools of sensory analysis technology,which play an important role in consumer research,product development,shelf life monitoring and quality control,etc.Therefore,the common methods and application of sensory analysis technology in the aspect of research and quality control of modern tea drink are searched and collected,in order to promoting the popularization of sensory analysis in the industrial production of modern tea drink industry.
