摘要
罗汉果甜苷是罗汉果甜度的主要来源,其具有抗氧化、降糖、抗过敏、抗癌、抗组织损伤等多种生物活性,是一种低热量天然甜味剂.因此,罗汉果甜苷在食品和药物制剂等方面具有很大的开发潜力,具有广阔的市场前景.本文对近年来罗汉果甜苷的化学成分、生物活性、药理作用以及罗汉果甜苷安全性等研究进展进行综述,以期为罗汉果甜苷的开发和综合利用提供参考.
Abstract
Mogrosides are the principal compounds responsible for the high-intensity sweetness in the Siraitia Grosvenorii.Mogrosides induces several biological activities including anti-oxidative effect,hypoglycemic response,anti-allergic properties,anti-carcinogenic and anti-tissue damage activities.Mogrosides is a natural non-calorie sweetener.Mogrosides have great potential in food,medicine and other fields and show a broad market prospect.This review summarizes comprehensively the research of the chemical composition,biological activity,pharmacological action and safey of mogrosides to provide a reference for the research and development of mogrosides.
